Gatorade x Giphy x Super Bowl LII

Giforade

Instead of a $5 million Super Bowl spot teen athletes would scroll past, we recruited the internet's most influential GIF makers and gave them real NFL footage to remix, launching the day before the game.

Made for the internet, not around it.

Teen athletes weren't going to sit through a $5 million Super Bowl spot. They'd scroll right past it. So instead of buying a media moment, Gatorade earned one: recruiting the internet's most influential GIF makers and handing them real NFL footage to remix, launching the day before the game.

Over 200 branded GIFs went out. In a single day, Gatorade went from nonexistent to a top 10 brand on Giphy.
